Funny marching birds ink line drawing
The melancholic birds are a series of ink drawings of long-legged birds. The series started with bird individuals that looked like us, humans -vulnerable, somehow pathetic, quite intriguing and totally lovable. 

I work in series of pieces that explore a theme, a colour or a technique. To most of them I keep going back through the years adding new pieces. I feel the possibilities are never exhausted.
